Mindful of the mind, body and spirit, Her Body & Soul offers personal training. If you have special interests or workout needs please notify the fitness center director. 

Her Body & Soul features a Health Café­, offering daily fruit, nuts and tea. Other menu items include organic chicken and curry salads and other delicious (and healthy) munchies.
